Experienced Professionals
Yes, your spouse can be considered for employment, provided that there is no conflict of interest and if they are successful in the recruitment process.
QatarEnergy requires a background check and a pre-employment medical test to ensure the integrity of its employees and ensure the applicant is fit to work. Upon successful clearance of medical, employment history and education verification, QatarEnergy will apply for your work permit / employment entry visa. During this process QatarEnergy’s Mobilization team will be in touch with you to guide you through this transition.

We are proud of our unique historical contribution towards hiring and developing of Qatari recent graduates to fill key positions within the organization by offering emerging job opportunities. QatarEnergy is one of the preferred employers in Qatar, hence we receive large volume of applications, which makes the hiring process highly competitive, therefore we hire the brightest Qatari talent and the assessment may take up to 90 days.

Energy Sector Scholarship and Vocational Programs
Yes, you may apply for more than one program; however, your selection depends on the eligibility criteria. The final enrollment is restricted to one program.
You must apply for the scholarship using the online application portal on the QatarEnergy Careers Page.
All applicants will be notified of scholarship decisions through personal emails and SMS. Please ensure you give us the correct contact information when applying.
There are several applications cycles for the scholarship each year. Applications will only be accepted from the dates posted on the QatarEnergy Career Page. Students who do not apply during this timeframe should apply when the scholarship application becomes available during the next cycle.
No. The scholarship programs are only available for Qatari students.
