• Support the implementation of operational excellence initiatives in the VI Directorate.
• Implement the business planning and performance management process to ensure alignment between strategic objectives, key performance indicators and improvement initiatives.
Required Experience and Skills
• At least 10 years relevant working experience with 5 years in areas related to performance improvement, business analysis, business process redesign, change management.
• Strong motivational and leadership skills with ability to lead and facilitate project teams.
• Experience in initiating and implementing change.
• Experience in working in large, preferably multi-cultural international organisations.
• Conceptual thinker with good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong working knowledge of proven performance improvement methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work in different roles including as a team leader and a team member.
• Competent in MS Office applications.
• Good interpersonal, networking, listening and influencing skills with the ability to deal with all levels of the organisation.
• Effective presentation and writing skills.
• Ability to work with limited supervision, exercising a high degree of self-motivation and discipline.
• Strong focus on delivery.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an internationally recognized university in Engineering, Science, Economics or equivalent preferably with Master’s in Business Administration or other relevant field.
