Provide efficient and professional secretarial and administration support services to the Assistant Manager and staff in the respective division. Duties include ad-hoc and routine reporting, document management and scheduling.
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in a similar position.
- Experience in handling of confidentiality business information and documentation.
- Able to operate the computer according to administrative standards and specified computer operations. Required thorough reviews of incoming documents and collection of all related correspondences.
Educational Qualifications
- Completion of Secondary school (12 Years) or higher.
- Proficiency in English. Bilingual (Arabic / English) will be preferable.
- Good level of communication in English both oral and written.
- Good communication and typing skills.
- Computer literate (Ms Office).
